Storm

An azure sky its canvas plain with out a single sign of rain , a blazing sun thats on the run to tag along replete with fun..

A childhood moment taken now enchants the present ..dont know how a thrill of filling the entire day with nothing less but gayly play..

A warm and gentle breeze so sweet that tickles leaves and leaves them neat that winds its way between the boughs to kiss its branches and hardly rouse..

But do I feel that breeze take turn that age old lesson that I learned that when the leaves turn upside down we’ll get some weather to leave a frown?

It fills my mind with things of old that gentle breeze, that turns so bold the fear of lightn ings sil vered blaze the noise of heavens thunders raise..

Rain that beats out world of sight and dazzles long into the night and if your luck is a new tin roof the sound will not remain aloof..

The glory of the symphony play’d will make you wish it has come and stayed but, as you sleep to this music sweet the raindrops tune a haunting beat..

Your dreams transport you to the morn and only a glisten will whisper “storm..”
