Garage Band” on Saturday, Oct. 23 and Sunday, Oct. 24 in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The music begins at noon, but the fun starts at 10 a.m. rain or shine. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets and settle in for one or two days of down-home fun in the mountains. The Jamboree is being held at Country Manor located one half mile west of Cooter’s Place in Sperryville on U.S. 211 West. There will be performances by Blue Grass and Gospel Groups, lots of great country food, apple cider made on the spot, a vintage, classic and muscle car show and free parking for all. Tickets are available in advance or at the gate. Tickets are $15 for adults, $25 for both days and $10 for kids, $15 for both days.
