Experience

Over 30 years of dedicated federal civil service, the final 20 of which was spent in the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) from where he retired in 1984 as a Senior Program and Budget Analyst, gives your candidate the experience and abilities to serve you effectively on the School Board. He has the skills to make recommendations on whether to continue, reduce or eliminate ongoing programs, and whether to adopt or create new initiatives.

Frank developed strong leadership skills and the ability to think on his feet early in life, as a highly decorated combat soldier (machine gunner), 7th Division, 32nd Infantry Regiment, Korea.

He is an Elder in the Presbyterian Church, U.S.A. He has served his church in many ways over the years. Nineteen years as a member of the Board of Trustees (including a number of years as Chairman), 6 years on Session (governing body), and has served as Sunday School teacher and choir member. Mr. Warner knows children and their needs. He has served faithfully as a father (one daughter); a grandfather (two boys) and great-grandfather (one boy).
