The Zoning Administrator also produced his communication with the agent for the seller of the property in which he specified that a brewery would be permitted if "There will be no sale of products on site, at this time; and the grain residue will be fed to cattle or other livestock," Mr. Stewart maintained that he had never received a copy of this communication from Mr. McCarthy and that he never said that he would not conduct onsite sales.
Public comment was divided on the issue with non-residents and a few County residents voicing support for brewery tastings and sales, and most residents and neighbors opposed to public access to the brewery because of the noise and trafficgenerated.
