Survivors include her husband, Roger G. Poe of Amissville, a daughter, Cynthia P. Mangrum of Coconut Creek, Fla. and a brother, Herman Bragg of Culpeper.
Moser Funeral Home in Warrenton was in charge of the arrangements.

Ora Payne Ramey Layman, 93, of The Home in Woodstock died Friday, Feb. 22.
Graveside services were conducted on Tuesday, Feb. 26 at Washington Masonic Cemetery' by the Rev. Histand.
Mrs. Layman was bom March 29, 1908 in Flint Hill, daughter of the late Lewis and Luella Payne.
She w as a former supervisor at American Viscose in Front Royal and a member of the Fairfax Baptist Church.
She was the wife of the late Mahlon Ramey and Rudolph Layman.
Surviving are a son, William L. Ramey of Edinburg and four grandchildren.

Strother L. Washington Sr., 90, of Croflon, Md., formerly of Culpeper, died on Thursday, Feb. 21 at Croflon Convalescent and Rehab in Mary land.
Mr. Washington was bom in Rappahannock County, a son of the late Luther J. Washington and Sallie J. Banks.
He was retired from construction and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Clarksburg.
His wife was the late Peachie Frances Wright Washington.
