Tlie House of Delegates is working on the last of the Senatepassed hills that must be affirmed on our floor, if they are to be sent to tin* governor and signed into law. We have had much debate over regional sales and income tax referenda to lie offered voters in various parts of the state.
I do not believe in a fractured, regional Commonwealth tax policy and have voted against most of them.
