Rosie Ann Bailey Pullen, 71. of Washington died on Tuesday, Feb. 26 at Fauquier-Hospital in Warrenton.

She was bom July 14, 1930 in Culpeper, a daughter of the late Joseph T. Bailey and Eleanor Baldwin Echard.

Survivors include three daughters, Frances Griffith and her husband, Raymond of Rhoadesville, Vanessa Henry of Yemen, Fla. and Ellen Pullen and her husband. Greg of Washington; one son, Charles
