These County permits require that construction begin within one-year ot the date on which they were issued. The Applicant requests an extension of this period due to the tact that Federal and State approvals necessary to begin construction have not been received. The sole purpose of the hearings in to consider the merits of the requested extension of the time limit to commence construction, and not to consider the underlying decision to grant the permits(s).
A copy of the foregoing request in on file at the Zoning office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection. Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
The above-named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties desiring to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Supervisors, c/o P.O. Box 519. Washington. Virginia 22747, in advance thereof.
