I am concerned and disappointed
at the Washington Tbwn Council’s behavior.
When Eugene Leggett was appointed (not elected) to the Washington Tbwn Council he said he would “seek to protect the minority opinion" and “develop mutual confidence and trust."
He has done anything but inspire confidence or trust by his actions. Mr. Leggett is at times not only abrasive in his conduct but downright rude to the folks that attend meetings.
