The Headwaters Global Spotlights committee invites all county families, friends and neighbors to an exciting International Festival from 12 noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday April 27 at Rappahannock CountyHigh School. Admission is free.
Tents outside the school will feature international children's games, a souvenir bazaar, costumed presenters from various countries and a chance to purchase wonderful food with an international flavor.
Entertainment, both outside and in the school's auditorium, will include Irish dancers and belly dancers, Cuban and Brazilian music, West African drummers, and many other surprises inbetween.
