The Forbush’s Foxhall Farm also came under easement. The Chesapeake Bay Foundation purchased a water resource conservation easement covering part of Jordan River Farm.

With these additions, more than 6,300 acres of Wakefield District— over 40 percent of the countywide total — are easement-protected.
