The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors met on Monday, Feb. 7. The downzoning of the former Aileen property was the main issue.
County Attorney Peter Luke addressed the board, advising them if the re-zoning proposal - to go from industrial to commercial/general and agricultural - is turned down by the Board of Supervisors, the contract with the purchaser could be nullified.
