Mrs. Kratz was sentenced on the chaises on June 20,2002 , with 15 years in the Department of Corrections, all but the time she had previously served being suspended, three years probation, drug testing, treatment as advised by her parole office, to seek and obtain em-’ ployment and 100 hours community service.
Less than one year later Kratz appeared in Rappahannock Circuit Court again, having violated her probation.
