If I lived and voted in Culpeper I would want answers and better yet I would remember that the will of the county’s people was not represented. If Culpepers’ Board of Supervisors would like a preview of what their newr development will bring they should take a leisurely drive on Rt. 29 from Warrenton to 1-66 around 6:30 in the morning, it should take them roughly 45 minutes. (I wonder if any of them make the trip to get to their jobs) Better yet, they should have been forced to make the drive for an entire month before voting.
