Among the masterpieces of the great Baroque composer Johann Sebastian Bach is “The Art of Fugue” — a work which has intrigued musicians, and those who write about music, throughout the centuries. Written toward the end of Bach’s life, “The Art of Fugue” remained unfinished at his death in 1750.
