In last week’s hearing, Judge Jeffrey W. Parker agreed to continue the case until March 18, 2005 when the court will schedule a hearing date.
The additional time will allow Kratz’s court appointed attorney, Catharine T. Slater, of Upperville to review the case.
Having waited to try this case for over three years, Luke said, “They don’t call it the long arm of the law for nothing.”
