Robin. Luckily for Alex, the removal of the bar went well and he was allowed to keep it as a memento.
“I felt a renewed sense of confidence and I felt physically better after having the bar put in,” said Alex. With the bar in, Alex was able to stand to his full height and was actually an inch taller post surgery, bringing him to a height of 6’6”. The dip in his chest forced his shoulders to pull forward, causing him to unavoidably slouch. The bar opened up his chest and allowed him to stand tall.
