The 6th and 7th grades at Hearthstone School are currently studying the Geography of Africa. This is a coordinated curriculum between their Geography class, as well as Mathematics, Art, English and Drama. The Math class is creating bar graphs with statistical information about Africa and the art class is creating traditional African masks that will be used in a skit, written by the children, based on a traditional African proverb. The skit will be performed for lower school students.
