Hitt’s recent Letter to the Editor entitled, “Rappahannock deserves more sports coverage.” Speaking as the Athletic Director at Wakefield Country Day School in Flint Hill, I couldn’t agree more that additional community sports coverage would be a welcome addition to the Rappahannock News. Our students — I’m sure like the students at Rappahannock — not only work very hard academically, they also “give their all” when it comes to sports activities.
