The Warner’s and their friends gathered for dinner at the Inn at Little Washington, where the Warner’s were staying.
Reinhardt Lynch, coowner of the inn, greeted the Warner’s in the Inn's “Living Room" where the group socialized before dinner.
Ever a gracious and astute politician, Warner readily smiled and posed for photos with several fans.
He gratefully acknowledged the signs put up at the entrance to the town from his last campaign announcing that "This is Warner Country."
Sunday morning, Warner and his wife returned to the Middleton Inn to join his old friends for breakfast.
And then back to the family home in Northern Virginia to contemplate the future—maybe a run for the presidency in 2008, as many pundits have suggested?
