Revised plans for a large mixed-use development near Boston could be unveiled in less than three months. The State Water Control Board renewed a sewage discharge permit for Boston Water and Sewer last month. The permit — first issued in 1995 and reviewed every five years — allows the discharge of up to 450,000 gallons of treated wastewater into the Hazel River each day.
