Opening this fall
Belle Meade Farm School near Sperryville for seventh, eighth, and ninth graders is opening in September. For the past three years Mountain Laurel Montessori has operated a farm school for 12-15 year olds at Belle Meade Farm. The owners of Belle Meade Mike Biniek and Susan Hoffman have so enjoyed working with the teachers and students that they plan to continue a program with a balance of a strong academic program and the responsibility of farm chores.
