Feb. 24: Community Drum Circle
All are invited to join in creating rhythm and music on Saturday, Feb. 24 from 5:30-6 p.m. at Sage in the Rappahannock Wellness Center. Group drumming has been proven to reduce stress and can help stimulate coordination, cooperation, and greater listening skills. All ages welcome. No experience necessary.
