The Rappahannock County School Board will attend several work session meetings to examine the proposed budget. Although these sessions are open to the public, a formal public hearing for the budget is scheduled for Tuesday, March 20, at 7:30 p.m. at the Rappahannock High School. “Every school board member wants to hear from their constituents,” said Rappahannock County School Board School Chairman Kenneth Marlor, as he prepared for the school board work sessions. “I think that there will have to be cuts and we will have to make priorities,” he added, “however as we work through this document we want to support our children.”
