The applicant should be a resident and registered voter of Rappahannock County, and interested in public recreation issues. The RCRFA meets infrequently, as needed, typically at 5:00PM. The principal programs include the operation and maintenance of the Rappahannock County Park, and the management of the Fodderstack 10-K Race.
