Rev. and Mrs. L.D. Savage returned home last Saturday after a visit to England where they enjoyed many beautiful places. Prior to their departure, their church hosted a party to honor them on their 50 years of married life, with about 150 in attendance. Rev. Savage is pastor of Massanova Pentecostal Church on Aaron Mountain Road. We understand they really eiyoyed this long awaited trip.
Sympathy is extended to the family of Mrs. Lillian Dennis Timbers, who passed away and was laid to rest in Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery in Woodville last Saturday.

After heart surgery and a months’ stay at University of Virginia Hospital, followed by two weeks at Culpeper Rehab Center and then a week at home, as of Tuesday Harry C. Racey has re-entered the University of Virginia Hospital and prayers are coveted for his recovery.
