Rappahannock
Starting with this week’s issue, we will be featuring a different Rappahannock face each month w ith a short biography and some fun questions. No, it wasn’t a pity move because of his recently br oken arm, but Chairman of the Board of Supervisors Bob Anderson was a noteworthy face to start with. . There are many in the county from elected officials to store owners and community volunteers. Our hope is to share with the community many of the faces of your friends and neighbors and capture the vitality and spirit that make Rappahannock County so unique. Enjoy!

Demaris Miller and Carla Theodore have been exploring the pros and cons of a “sane” economy versus one based on free enterprise for the last several weeks. This is their last installment but hopefully not the last time we’ll run a point/counterpoint piece. If there are others of you out there who would like to go toe-to-toe on an issue, let me know. What about our troops in Iraq? Is there someone out there who wouldn’t mind if Dominion cuts through the county? Is it possible to attract new business to the Town of Washington? To the county?
