For not only is there a bridge at Rediviva, but a road runs through it and past there for nearly a half mile! This old turnpike offers great potential for a bike path between Sperryville and Little Washington. I have used it to the north by bike on the way to Little Washington, and to the south towards Sperryville; but the highway continuing on to town is per- , ilous. Other fragment remains as well, overgrown skeletons alongside 211. These could still be public rights of way. Rappahannock County has outstanding natural beauty to offer its residents and motorists alike. A bike path would add a healthy new dimension to the daily life of county residents.
