BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA
Pursuant to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 2, 2007 at 7:00PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following applications:
SE 07-02-03 Wilhelmina R. Price, Trustee, owner of 104.795 acres located at 4923 Sperryville Pike, Woodville (Tax Map 50, Parcel 10, zoned A-Agricultural and C-Conservation, Stonewall-Hawthorne District), desires a Special Exception permit to allow more than one dwelling on her parcel. Ms. Price plans to modify the existing barn into a dwelling, making a total of three (3) dwelling units. Permit allowed pursuant to Code Section 170-36A of the Rappahannock County Code.
RZ 07-03-01 Peter Kreyling dba Kreyling Construction, LLC, prospective lessee of a portion of the building and property located at 12625 Lee Highway (formerly Oasis CD & Duplication, Tax Map 28, Parcels 48B-49-52C&H, Hampton District, zoned CG-Commercial General), desires to amend the proffers under RZ 89-01 -02 and RZ 93-06-03 to allow construction company offices, warehousing, and millwork shop operations. Mr. Kreyling proposes to convert an existing loading dock in front to an entrance with handicap ramp and add a screened and fenced yard to the rear for parking equipment and trailers. Outdoor lumber and material storage would not be allowed. Amendments allowed pursuant to Code Section 170-134 . of the Rappahannock County Code.
A copy of the foregoing applications are on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and are available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at 7:30PM at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such rec ommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above-named applicants, adjacent property owners, and any other parties desiring to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Supervisors, c/o P.O. Box 519, Washington, Virginia 22747, in advance thereof.
