Pullen had punched him in the nose, scratched his back and tore his shirt.

The alleged victim said that he was at the Rappahannock High School fitness center when the incident occurred and Pullen approached him about a personal issue. After the complainant refused to speak with her, she allegedly assaulted him and walked out of the school building. As he was leaving, the man claimed that she punched him in the nose again in the parking lot.

The authorities documented his wounds and a court summons was issued by a magistrate, charging Pullen with assault and battery.
