Ross Wheatley of Culpeper, Va. was charged with reckless driving after losing control of his 2003 Toyota Corolla. Wheatley ran off of the right side of the road, striking some trees. Trooper Christopher Roop reported to the scene which occurred on February 25, at 11:55 a.m.
Trooper Brandon Johnson charged Ben Cheston from Aroda, Va with a hit and run violation, following an accident on February 26, on Hwy 522. Cheston was driving a 1992 Buick Roadmaster when the accident occurred and other charges are pending according to the Virginia State Police office in Warrenton, Va.
