Match 20:441 Tennis Club starts
AB 6th to 12th graders in Rappahannock County are invited to be part of a newly formed 4-H Tennis Club, led by foreign exchange student Abdullah Alawadhi and tennis professional Hunt Harris. Together they will lead dub members through the art of tennis playing, teaching al aspects of the game and introducing them to a new sport Students can ride the bus from school to the County Park on Rt. 211 and sign up by picking up a form in the school office with permission slips from their parents. The Rappahannock County Garden Club wH end its winter break on Wednesday, March 21, on the first day of spring with a meeting at the Washington Fire House at 1 p. m. The program, “Growing Iris Through the ¥631“, wi be presented by Girwy Spoon. Minor butts, hellebores, and flowering brandies win be featured in the horticulture displays; a creative line mass design, and a traditional mass design are the chorees for arrangements.
