The Rappahannock County Planning Commission is scheduled to consider the application for the Turkey Mountain Country Home Condominiums at its monthly meeting Wednesday.
Stevenson is seeking a specialexception permit for an adaptive reuse of the structure located at River fans and Water Street in the eastern part of Sperryville.
After several months in limbo, the condo idea is now officially on the table for county leaders’ consideration.
