Pursuant to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at 7:00PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:
SE 07-07-02 Redman Holdings, LLC, by Paul B. Stevenson, owner of 1.22 acres at 3 River Lane, Sperryville (Tax Mu 38, Parcel 85B, zoned GC'-General Commercial, Piedmont District), desires a Special Exception permit for an adaptive use of an existing structure. The structure is currently in use as an antiques and furniture retail store and seif-storage facility. The proposed use is for a residential condominium with up to 24 units. Use allowed pursuant to Code Section 170-36H of the Rappahannock County Code, with additional standards under Code Section 170-69B.
A copy of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at 7:30PM at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. Pursuant to Section 170-136 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 22, 2007, at seven-thirty (7:30PM) in the evening at the Rappahannock County Courthouse on Gay Street in Washington, Virginia Consideration shall be given to all applications presented in accordance with submission requirements.
VARIANCE #07-07-03 Earl F. Jordan, by Daniel Clark, Agent, owner of property on Winesap Lane, fhintfy (Tax Map 5, Parcel 27A, zoned RR-Rural Residential, Wakefield District), desires a Variance permit in order to build a dwelling. Front, side, and rear setback variances are requested.
