The building has been used as an antiques store for more than 25 years.
The Planning Commission is scheduled to meet at 7:30 p m on Wednesday at the County Courthouse on Gay Street.
If the commission decides on a recommendation for the condo proposal, Stevenson’s application will go before th» Board of Supervisors on Sept. 5.
