Aug. 17: Open house on Historic Rehabilitation Tax-Credit Projects

Staff of the Department of Historic Resources will conduct an open house consultation for property owners who have questions about their historic rehabilitation tax-credit protects or want information about pursuing a taxcredit project The open house will be held August 17, from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the department’s Northern Regional Preservation Office, 5357 Main Street Stephens City: The department's staff will work one-on-one with property owners to provide guidance for completing tax-credit applications and answer questions about the historic and character-defining features of a building, proposed architectural treatments, or tax-credit program requirements.
