Will join another staff person to form a team to create a new Loudoun County Public Library Website that witt incorporate current technology and wM provide a vibrant and intuitive presentation of our on-line and e-services. Emphasis will be on integrating standard library website components with aH other on-line and interactive library resources such as the on-line catalog. Manage content of the site, to include writing, designing, and maintaining informational pages and making daily, weekly and monthly updates to website content Create web pr^es for special projects such as annual Summer Reading Program. Schedule ml vary, including occasional nights and weekends. Bachelor s degree and two years experience with Website development and graphic design. Must have an understanding of web design prindpies and best practices. Experience creating graphics for web utilizing Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, or similar software, desired Experience with programming languages such as, Pert/CGI, XHTML.
