Pursuant to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at 7:00PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:

SE 07-07-02 Redman Holdings, LLC, by Paul B. Stevenson, owner of 1.22 acres at 3 River Lane, Sperryville (Tax Map 38, Parcel 85B, zoned GC -General Commercial, Piedmont District), desires a Special Exception permit for an adaptlwi i)se ttf'an existing structure. The structure is currently in use as an antiques and furniture retail store and self-storage facility. The proposed use is for a residential condominium with up to 24 units. Use allowed pursuant to Code Section 170-36H of the Rappahannock County Code, with additional standards under Code Section 170-69B

A copy of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Fnday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at 7:30PM at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for suc.i recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any.
