Pursuant to Section 170-136 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a Public Heanrig on Wednesday, August 22, 2007, at seven-thirty (7:30PM) in the evening at the Rappahannock County Courthouse on Gay Street in Washington, Virginia. Consideration shall be given to all applications presented in accordance with submission requirements.
