ORDER OF PUBLICATION THE OBJECT of the above-styled suit is to quiet title and partition the property owned by Plaintiffs, Roy Alan Knighting and Shelly Cook-Knighting, in which the above named Defendants may have an interest which property is situated in Rappahannock County, Virginia and more particularly described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Wakefield Magisterial District Rappahannock County, Virginia and more particularly described as Lot 13, Block 3 as shown and designated on that certain plat entitled Section D, Plat 4, Blue Ridge Mountain Estates' dated January 6, 1958, made by S. M. Boyd, Jr., CLS and of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Deed Book 68, Page 170. AND BEING the same property conveyed to Roy Alan Knighting and Shelly Cook-Knighting by deed from Juanita S. Shafer formerly know of record as Juanita Seal Whitesell dated January 12, 2006 and recorded February 9, 2006 as Instrument Number 06-304 in the land records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia. AND IT APPEARING by affidavit filed according to law that due diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Plaintiffs to ascertain in what county, city or state the Defendant JOHN HAAS resides, without effect; and IT FURTHER APPEARING that the heirs at law of JOHN HAAS (if he be deceased), STANLEY B. FAIRFAX and MARGARET (CRUM) FAIRFAX, who now are or may be deceased, and whose names and addresses are unknown, are or may be interested in the subject of this matter, if any such heirs at law there be; it is therefore ORDERED that all persons darning interest in the land above described appear on or before the 5 day of October. 2007 in the Clerk s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia P.O. Box 517, 238 Gay Street, Washington, Virginia 22747 to do whay is necessary to protect their interest. It is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Rappahannock News a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rappahannock and that a copy of this order be posted at the front door of the Courthouse wherein this court is held.
