Carol Johnson, principal of the Rappahannock County Elementary School, chuckled as she admitted to feeling rather ' lonely'’ at Tuesday’s School Board meeting but as she commented, “timing is everything and this was the time.”
Johnson was delighted to introduce her new assistant principal to the board, Cathy Jones. Jones hails from Madison County and comes to Rappahannock County with years of experience not onlyteaching math at the middle school level but working in Augusta County as well.
