Concerned about the membership on the School Trustee Elector Board, Rappahannock Citizens for Better Education decided at a meeting Monday night to talk to Judge Raynor V. Snead before the School Electors’ terms expire in June. Snead will then either reappoint the same three men—George Muth, C. E. Johnson Jr. and John S. Browning—or new individuals who will have the authority of appointing members to the Rappahannock School Board.
