As a means of1 raising funds for a trip to Williamsburg this year, it is reported the Seventh Graders of Rappahannock Elementary School will observe Halloween Saturday, Oct. 29 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a fund day in the school gym. Rides, games and other attractions will be available for a nominal fee and admission will be 25 cents. All are invited.
