The Subcommittee would like testimony on the effects of drought on the agriculture businesses throughout the State with recommendations for any legislative changes or administrative policies which should be made in regard to the situation and any future occurrences of such magnitude. This includes voids in Federal programs and Federal assistance which the State is now receiving.
