Robert Pullen was taken from his home near Flint Hill to Warren Memorial Hospital on Oct. 15 by the Flint Hill Rescue Squad. On Oct. 18, Mrs. Virgil Wilson was transported to Warren Memorial Hospital from her home near Flint Hill by this unit. The Flint Hill Fire Dept, was called to a fire on Rt. 668 near Washington at the Frank Carter residence, also on Oct. 18.
On Oct. 20, Wade Settle was transported from Warren Memorial Hospital to Winchester Memorial Hospital by the Flint Hill Rescue Squad.
On October 18, the Washington Fire Dept, was called to a house fire at the home of Frank Carter in Tiger Valley. The Washington Rescue Squad was also there on stand-by.
The Sperryville Rescue Squad transported Mrs. Frances Montague to her home near Sperryville from Culpeper Memorial Hospital
