Chuck Robb should be elected our Lieutenant Governor. He is destined to become not only a familiar face in Richmond, but his star will rise far beyond that in years to come. It has been a long time since Virginia, the “Mother of Presidents”, has produced a man bearing the qualities for that office. One step at a time, but Mr. Robb is marked for it.
