County, the son of the late Hiram Wingfield Edwards and Mrs. Lizzie Harless Edwards of Pennington Gap, who survives. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Also surviving is his widow, Mrs. Reba Jones Edwards, Woodville; a son, Ronald Joe Edwards of Toledo, Ohio; a step-son, James Melvin Porter of Woodville; a daughter, Gwendolyn Michelle Edwards of Woodville; and four stepdaughters, Mrs. Linda Worley of Woodville, Mrs. Dandrs Rhea of Clinton, Tenn., Mrs. Jackie Koogler and Mrs. Patricia Peyton, both of Dayton, Ohio.
Also surviving are two brothers, Howard Edwards and Carl Edwards, both of Pennington Gap.
