Appeals will advertise the hearing for the required two weeks. The time between the publication of the second notice and the hearing date will be seven days—well within the limits set by law.
But how many Rappahannock citizens will be able to attend a meeting three days before Christmas?

Yet the Board of Zoning Appeals appears to be doing just that—possibly at the expense of citizen rights to hear and be heard.
