Billy Ross Jenkins of Woodbridge died December 3, 1977 at his residence. He was 39, a son of Mrs. Nellie Jenkins of Woodville, who survives him. Interment was in the Etlan Cemetery at Etlan.
Also surviving is his widow, Mrs. Betty N. Jenkins and a daughter, Sarah Lou Jenkins of Woodbridge; three sisters, Mrs. Elsie Dodson of Luray, Mrs. Pearl Fincham of Front Royal and Mrs. Dottie Smith of Union, S.C.; four brothers, Raymond Jenkins of Manassas, Frank Jenkins, Falls Church, Jesse Jenkins of Fairfax and Early Jenkins, Woodville.

The monthly meeting of the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board will be held on Tuesday, December 13, at 2 p.m. at the Virginia Baptist Home in Culpeper.
