A locality’s percentage of Chapter Ten Community Services Board costs will be determined by adding the three percentages and then dividing by three, explained Lieberman. However, because Fauquier has carried too much of the funding burden in the past, Lieberman said that Fauquier’s share will be held at five per cent. Then the new formula will be applied on the remaining 95 per cent of operating costs.
